ONE-ON-ONE PHYSICAL THERAPY

Elite Physical Therapy is an independently owned and operated practice with highly skilled physical therapists in the areas of orthopedic manual physical therapy (OMPT) and strength training. Our therapists provide one-on-one treatment for surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as individualized exercise training and injury prevention. Elite Physical Therapy not only improves pain, but helps you reach your fitness and lifestyle goals by creating treatment plans specific to you.

Scheduling a free consultation with our OMPT certified therapists gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you have about your symptoms, injuries, or fitness goals. During the consultation, a brief screen will be performed to allow for appropriate recommendations for follow-up care and treatment. A consultation does not require a prescription for physical therapy and can assist with future communication with your physician if necessary. Following the consultation, we may recommend you schedule a full physical therapy evaluation for a more comprehensive physical therapy diagnosis and treatment plan.
